Stainless Steel Transformer Oil Sampling Bottles
Transformer oil cools the transformer and provides electrical insulation. When this oil is subjected to high thermal and electrical stresses, it decomposes and gases are generated. Different gases are generated from different types of faults, and the chemical analysis of these gases (Dissolved Gas Analysis) provides diagnostic information about the condition of the transformer. There are different types of bottles / containers which used to sample transformer oil.
We manufacture and supply Stainless Steel Oil Sampling Bottles which are used for collecting oil samples from transformers for DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis) as per IS:9434 & IS: 10593 and BDV (Breakdown Voltage Test) as per IS:1866. It is of robust construction and handy so that it can be used conveniently for collecting, storing and carrying samples from site to laboratory. Each Stainless Steel bottle made up of stainless steel 304/316 grade, corrosion resistant and subjected to Hydro test confirming to required standards. Bottles are 100% leak proof and sealed gas tight with suitable valves fitted at both ends.
